Laurel County Water District Number Two and Clay County Water Districts have already placed mandatory restrictions in effect.
In Clay County, officials say anyone who hasn't had any water leaks fixed will have their water turned off.
In Laurel County, officials say anyone who doesn't cut water usage by 20 percent could face fines or jail time. |
